Patrick Millsaps has been practicing law since 2000. He concentrates his legal practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, probate and family law.

Mr. Millsaps is a Cobb County native.  He received his undergraduate degree from Samford University and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Patrick is a member of the state bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Georgia.

Mr. Millsaps and his wife, Elizabeth, have three daughters.
